The main story (of which, this first chapter is sort of the prologue to) is about a couple, who are rivals in the world of high school Go (As in the Japanese board game).

Yokami Futsu, or Fu-chan as he is commonly known, was brought up by his grandfather after his father died. But now his grandfather had also died leaving behind a large amount of debt. At the funeral, his grandfather's cousin (who looks uncannily like grandpa himself!) suddenly appears and declares that he wants to take care of him. Together, they start living in a dilapidated, run down house and Fu-chan is forbidden from entering some of the other parts of the house. One night, he encounters a mysterious handsome man at the house and instantly gets the feeling that he had seen him before even though the man outright denies it himself when asked. Add into that his cousin's odd and ridiculous behaviour that strongly reminds Fu of his carefree grandfather, and the wild rumours flying around, Fu becomes very suspicious. Also what are all those dreams that he had having for long time now, dreams that seem like it had really happened to him rather than just some outright, random dreams? And who really is that man that Fu had encountered that night and why does he get such strong feelings when he is around him?

In this story, Nagai gets his folklore on with every chapter containing a lot on Buddhist lore or Japanese folklore. The prologue introduces us to Heaven, Incorporated, a company with a particular staff that hunts down all sorts of supernatural monsters and protects humanity from them.

A coda to the OVA and novel of the same name, this six-chapter manga gives us a deeper glimpse into the back-stories of Rei Fukai, James Bukhar, Tomahawk John, and other members of the F.A.F. However, some of the details about the characters pasts and relationships appear to deviate from the sequence of events as seen in the anime. They are agents sent by a powerful organization to retrieve the human with the ability to resist and transmute the NS5 infection that is spreading across the world, named Yion/Ion Green. However, their mission is delayed by the reckless actions of the Public Health Department's taskforce and the kidnapping of Yion/Ion Green. Will they complete their mission? Where has Yion/Ion Green been taken? These questions will only be answered as more volumes are released. The art in BioMega is similar to BLAME!, with its complicated concrete sprawl and ludicrously wide, empty spaces. However, things seem to happen at a more reasonable pace. In this manga, there is emphasis on the swiftness of the attacks made by Zouichi, such as the gun being sheathed just before the enemies fall to the ground. Speed is crucial in this manga, unlike in BLAME!, and the plot develops just as quickly. An interesting read, especially if one has enjoyed BLAME!

Sequel to Crossbone gundam. Unlike the other two episodes of the "crossbone saga" this volume focuses on several short stories that don't have such a great effect over the jupiter war.While the book itself is not meant to be comedy, but the "character" of the stories is (generally) much less serious than either the first or the third part of the crossbone series.The stories are pretty varied in both, placing and characters. Due to that the series is actually decently strong in the cameo department.
